Don't even think about it! I like my hair, thank you very much. My Granddad kept all his hair until he passed away in is 80's and I hope to keep all mine at least that long.Big Wallaby wrote:No. But I could give him one! :p:
I believe baldness is passed on from your mother's side. But, a guy I worked with waaay back when was going bald at an early age. No history in his family. He finally went to a doc to see what was going on.Shorty82 wrote:Don't even think about it! I like my hair, thank you very much. Got that, Baldy? :)
That's what I've heard. The Granddad I mentioned was my Dad's Dad. I don't know about my Mom's side of the family in regards to baldness. My Granddad on that side passed away before I was born and the only other male blood relative on that side is my Uncle, who I believe has all his hair but then again he is still fairly young.hobie16 wrote:I believe baldness is passed on from your mother's side.
I shave my head bald, but can also grow a full head of hair. Various reasons why, but I think the biggest is I have no desire to deal with hair and the upkeep. I can shave it once a week, no need for waxing :D:hobie16 wrote:At my advanced age I've still got most of my freak flag left. I just don't get the shaved head look. Plus, the Turtle Wax bill must be horrendous.
It doesn't really matter. Both my grandfathers passed in their 80's with full heads of hair. My Father had most of his and I have a part down the middle about 7 inches wide. No family line that would have predicted that at all.Mayonnaise wrote:So does that mean my sons will have hair like my father... or my maternal grandfather?
