The great thing was that if you didn't know what it was, then you'd just think it was a pretty wedding quote. I think about half the guests got it - probably the same half that realized that the recessional music was in fact an instrumental "Code Monkey."
I love my geek friends.
Humor us clueless people. I don't get it...what does it mean, come from or whatever it is that makes it unique and "cool".

It must be the "other things" that makes it special because the princess bride doesn't do it for me. It could be because I have never seen "the princess Bride", I guess.
I"ll just plead ignorance and let it go. Carry on without me.

Back to the suicide topic...
There was a jumper from the Disneyland Hotel in the past year, right? It's kind of a thing.
I completely agree with the idea that people gravitate towards a place that makes them feel comfortable or understood when they think about suicide. I believe that, sometimes, they seek these situations for help, and when it doesn't work, they turn to suicide. Which is sad.
If you think about it, the suicide rate skyrockets immediately after the holidays. For some people, that's all they have left, and when Christmas doesn't bring them out of a dark place...
My thoughts go out to this man's family.

Guilty...I haven't had the time to be geeky as of late. I am retiring soon that should give me the time to catch up. Sometimes it's hard to fit in. :(

Not to mention, a lot of reference and quotes seem to come from it.
"Would anyone like a peanut?"
