Finding loopholes in a system's programing, in order to do things that the programmers didn't intend for you to do, is exactly what "circumventing" is.
Since the ability to do it doesn't exist, you can't ascertain what the intention of the programmers would have been were one able to do so.
The whole thing is moot, because, again:
1. You are not able to use a ticket for a FP in a park where the ticket has not been scanned at the front
2. You are not able to scan a ticket at the front without each ticket's owner there
End of fun discussion. ;)

Yes, apparently your mother forgot to hide the computer password again. Quite the master of arguments yourself.

Are you by any chance one of those people who exploits bugs on MMOs and then claims that because YOU were able to find a way to glitch thru walls, that clearly the designers wanted you to do that?

I can confirm that everyone has to go through the turnstyles in order to get FPs. When I worked at Toy Story, I had many people who tried coming to the park ahead of their party in order to get FPs, and the others' tickets would not work.

Bloody stupid Wikipedia wasn't standing behind a folding table outside the entrance to KSR
hand writing FastPass slips so thrice-damned stinking Wikipedia can go jump in a lake.

Also, please keep in mind that tweens should always be supervised at a pool. You mentioned them having their swimsuits on already ... Children unfer (I believe it's 16) are required to be supervised at the pools. This is for your (their) safety/enjoyment as well as the safety/enjoyment of others.

orljustin wrote:If the system is linked so it knows about other parks, what difference does it make what park a FP is issued in?
Fastpasses are specific to the park they are distributed in. They are only networked within that park, not across property. If you received one for Space Mountain and decided to park hop to Epcot you would not have to wait until the time printed on the bottom of your previous Fastpass.
Fastpass was designed as a service to get guests to shop, dine, and see other attractions within
that park that they might not have normally done if they were waiting in standby queues. It was never intended for guests who were not in the park - your entire party has to be in that park to use it.

why do I get the impression that some SG trolls are show up?
maybe you all should run back to board x and post about getting around the rules, because a lot of people here, who know how things work, have explained it and yet some people still seem to want to "get around" the way things are done.
now who wants gum?
This was my original point, but I kept editing myself. I'll send you a case of rum for putting it so eloquently!
Additionally, I do believe this forum is going to have to "put up" with this kind of thing for awhile....since that thread about the goody bags went explosive and this forum was mentioned in it quite a bit.
*damn it, this is where I escaped to..... Begins grumbling with Kifaru*

Dragon, sorry SGT is being invaded. Not all of us are SGs (or at least we try not to be), I promise. I'd be happy to scoot if I'm a bother; I think those of us who are actual escapees and not just Board X trolls probably feel the same way.
That being said, I'd be up for rum-flavored gum. Hand it over, Pirate.

Mayo, I have to say that you just made me snort my coffee - this is the perfect description. My alter ego is an elf and exploiters drive me nuts. ;)
