Are you sure you don't mean "Guest *Service* Recovery"? I would think that "Guest Recovery" would be something for the Lifeguards and Alpha Units to handle.

How do you handle lost and found? If some one leaves a beach towel from home on a chair and it is missing after swimming?

It is my dream to one day take a trip across the country to visit WDW (or, as I like to call it, A Little Slice Of Heaven On Earth :) ), but alas, reality keeps rearing its ugly head....
