Wow - sounds like a phenomenal performance for gold and silver winners, and maybe bronze, too? Congratulations on your 2nd place win, Wombat. At least it gives the other guys a chance at fame, and it will make you work even harder next year.

Say HI to DisneyMom if you run into her at DL, and any other SGTers. We hope to come back and visit them all some day.

I am sad to say I won't get to meet Wombat at this time :(
I am hoping YouTube will have video of performances. Whazzup, you and Wombat I hope to meet someday. It has been wonderful to meet the ones I already have :)

found that there are advantages to coming in second... Instead of stuffing my feet into my tux shoes for one more performance at the quartet finals, I spent a very nice evening having dinner with family, singing with 30 or so VM brothers by the pool (and chanting "We're number two!" over and over), soaking in the hot tub, and watching Disneyland fireworks again!

enjoyed Disneyland early this morning. Four big attractions - Tiki Room, Indiana Jones, Jungle Cruise, & Pirates, all with little or no waiting - then Goofy's Kitchen with family. Fun! Sadly, asthma or bronchitis acted up enough I was having major trouble breathing, so I left family there and came back to hotel. Hope it gets better.

Wait a minute, I can't tell who wrote that, but it sounds like our favorite singing Wombat has breathing trouble? Say it ain't so!

I must admit that I understand how he feels, one of my first trips to Disneyland I got the chickenpox, that wasn't a fun trip.
