That Condom catheter is starting look a little better now, isn't it?

at least low voltage kicks em' free,
high voltage hangs on to make sure the job is done right.
No....the rule is DC holds onto you and AC kicks you away...and remember, it ain't the volts what gets ya...it's the amps (however high volts brings along the potential for high amps). Either way...dead is dead and I, for one, don't want to be looking at St. Peter saying, "Well, I REALLY had to go and...". I can't imagine the low-rent section of heaven reserved for folks who die from Jackass-worthy stunts.

And the Hertz will determine how fast you twitch while hooked up.

Yup.

high voltage hangs on to make sure the job is done right.
In my decades of work as an electronics technician, I've had the opportunity to get hit by both 600VDC and 12kV. Trust me, you have it backwards.

Given a choice, I'd *much* rather grab the 12kV. There's a reason they use 600VDC in electric chairs!

We used that for radar sets in the Army. One of my guys decided to hook up a radar generator to a 110 VAC cable to see what would happen. He blew out every light bulb and coffee pot in the brigade area. We told the officer's that were caffeine deprived it was a power surge.

Well, it was a power surge. Just not from a normal cause.

One evening I was working on the Matterhorn. I took my lunch around 8. Back in the day, the Inn Between had delicious food! I savored my BBQ beef sandwich and went back to the ride to work the rest of my shift until midnight. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I had a big blob of barbecue sauce on my face! I worked the whole evening wearing it and nobody told me! I'm sure my friends had a good laugh behind my back! :o:
