I worked on the DLRR and Smiley liked to ride the train, but not all day. No, he would wait until the very last train of the night, when we only picked up guests and no one could get off, and he would sit where ever a female cm had to stand. For those who don't work the railroad there are two standing positions on the outside of the train right in front of the bench seats for the guests. So anyway, he would sit there and just stare at the girls with his CREEPY little smile. I learned my lesson after the first time he did that and made sure to switch with any male cm who would take my place. No scary, creepy smilers for me thank you!
You know I doubt this is the same guy, but at Wal-Mart in HB we have this guy older man that acts like that. He always has a HUGE smile on his face with a very large overbite. He will follow girls around the store and whenever you walked by him he would try to shake your hand and scream, " HI PAL!!!" God I hate that guy.

One day when I was working at the Mountain I had a guest push me into the track because his party of 7 wouldn't fit into a train that was designed for 6. I placed them into the train and moved it far enough so their restraints were locked.
are you refering to space mt, because of the six seater? and how is a guest able to push you into the track if all the consoles at space are on the other side of the track from the grouping platform,or were you the grouper? a guest would have to pull you into the track. also. were you referencing a mountain at wdw. if not, sorry for the post :?

Rsponse to Freaks comment: "Seriously, what makes them think that they can do this? As a matter of fact, I think they lose the their rights or something when they enter public property."

You don't lose your rights when you go onto private property (that's what WDW or any busines property is). Those idiots who do this don't have the right to do what they want just because they fell asleep during civics class and didn't hear what the teacher said covering citizens responsibilities. On private property I can ask you to leave and I don't have to give a reason. If you refuse to leave you can be charged for trespassing. Even if arrested it is doubtful they will get anything in court other than a minor inconveniece. That is why most companies have a problem with taking the time to do this. But the bigger problem is that slimey lawyers, who wet themselves at the thought of Disney's deep pockets, would push their equally slimey clients to file suit with the knowledge that there will probably be a settlement of some sort. After all, the slimeball lawyer and client will claim that they are, or have been, the victim of some type of discrimination in the past and as such should be paid lots of money or even settle for a little. The lawyer doesn't care as long as he can reap some payment for as little effort, honesty, and integrity as he could possibly have.

Oh FREAKIN MY GOD, MY GOD!! Please say this ain't so :!: With such a STUPID PR slogan  we definitely cannot survive @ DLR for our 50th! The brilliant mind who came up with such a masterpiece has now simply opened all doors for CM verbal & physical abuse. We ALL know the above was not created by anyone who has ever actually worked an onstage as a CM :bang:
