I'm 23, and I don't get mad if people card me, I realize that I look like I'm about 12! I actually get mad if people don't card me because it means they are breaking the law (our state requires ID for anybody under 30, and I sure as heck don't look 30.)
The only time I got irritated about being carded was on the DCL. The incident played out as follows: It was the Pirates IN the Caribbean deck party and a CM came around with strawberry daquiris. I asked her if I could have on and she flat out said "no", in a kind of a rude way. I knew the she was looking at me and thinking that I had to be no older than 12 or so, so I told her that I was 21 and started digging for my ID. Once I got it out and she looked at it, she informed that she could only accept ID from Florida?! Now, I am 100% against underage drinking and was glad that she was being careful, but give me a break! At this point I was starting to get really irritated, I told her that it was not fake (I would have thought the holographic seal would have been enough proof) and that it had worked for me all trip. She took my ID and key card to "talk to her manager." I'm pretty sure she was checking the date on the ID against the key card. She finally brought me my drink, and I couldn't even drink it because it was so incredibly strong! In this case, it wasn't that she carded me, but that she didn't even want to give me a chance to prove that I was indeed old enough!

What?! That's ridiculous! I turned 21 on my 2006 CP and had no problems using my Wisconsin ID to get alcohol.

I don't mind being carded either, because people have flat out told me that I look a lot younger then I am.
I really hope for this summer, I don't get a location that serves alcohol. Because I don't want to have to deal with annoying people.

I'm THRILLED when I'm carded - which I am a lot for someone who is 43!

Jeez, I have never been carded. Even when drinking in the bars at 18 (overseas and legal!)

It doesn't count when you bring in your own rum. :D:
