This is my first post here, but not the last by any means.

We have been going to WDW for the last ten years and I must say we have never had a bad encounter with a CM at all. I would like to take the time to say a big THANK YOU to all the CM's at WDW for making our yearly trip just a little more magical and special. I read the post about handing out little cards to express your thanks and gratitude and I think its a great idea and will be adopting it on our trip this year at Thanksgiving.

I've always taken cards with me to hand out. In fact, I have all the ones I took on my recent WDW trip with me here. All of them.

I keep getting too caught up in the moment to remember to give them out. So... instead I send a letter to Guest Relations after I'm home naming names and places and specific compliments.
