I have decided it's time to take my video camera with me and get proof of what goes on out here.

Mwa ha ha ha ha.

Oh, by the way, I am starting a campaign to shut down Mears, using humor. Actually, I am going to send them the first step of my project, say, "Re-educate your drivers, or else!". This is due to another incident the other night where a Mears driver scared my passengers. Yes, I got a bus number, but they won't do anything about it. With this, they might.

If anyone has a good character voice and a way to make a quasi-professional audio recording, let me know. If you are from or visiting Florida and would like to help, For my first bit, I am going to make an audio commercial. If they hear it and don't improve their drivers, I'm going to take up a collection to get air time.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Youtube would be a good place for videos about Mears.

Announcer: This is a WDW bus going from AK to All Star Resorts. Notice how safe the driver is. Now let us see the Mears busses.

The announcer would voice over images of the bad Mears drivers.

You could get a lot of publicity if it gets onto youtube.

Scene one: "We're here at walt disney world were we have switched the regular Disney drivers with new Mears quality drivers!

Scene two: - Cut scene to large explosions and horrible accidents, if any of you have seen 'red asphalt' you get what I mean

Scene three: "Can you tell the difference?"

Taking from a well known Anti drug commercial

Picture the frying pan with 2 perfectly done over easy eggs,

This is your ride in a WDW bus with a Disney trained driver.

Cut to a frying pan with scrambled eggs,

This is your ride on a Mears bus with a typical Mears driver.

Any questions?

Disney needs to get some people on the news reporting how dangerous Mears is. Lots of fake stories make the news everyday so why not get some drama llamas to bemoan the dangers of mears.

Not much any of us can do as long as Disney management has its head in the sand. If I was in charge I would be stealing from Greyhound by offering the best package possible. They are short of drivers because they do not have enough encentive for people to work for them.

Wallaby has started his PSA about Mears. you have got to admire his dedication to making the roads safer. He went to MK on his day off to start it.

Even rode with me. Now I hope I did not do anything Mears like. :D:

What all was he doing for this? Though Wallaby could probably answer that too.

Was that planned, or coincidence?

Shame I couldn't run into you guys on my trip. I was really hoping to. I'm also wondering if you guys know a driver named David from WI... had him on my trip and he was awesome.

Started with video of a WDW bus and driver going thru his start of shift procedures and then some film of driving. Want to guess who?

Coincidence, I grabbed a morning shift off of EHH and after I got back from lunch, Wallaby saw me and asked if he could ride with me.

Out of curiosity, how would you guys react if a guest started filming you while you were driving? Although I imagine it has probably happened...

There was an SG on one of our bus rides who wanted the driver to point out the best way to get to Soarin' on the Epcot map... while the bus was in motion.
