There was a OB/GYN that was retiring and trying to decide what to do with his new found spare time. As he liked cars he decided to become an auto mechanic. Realizing that he needed to make sure he was current with the latest technology he decided to take some classes.JugglingFreak wrote:Where I live we have a Dr. Finger. Unfortunately, he's a plastic surgeon. It would be so much funnier if he were a proctologist or gynecologist :D:
I heard that joke "years" ago. Thanks for reminding me. Funnier than hell. :D:hobie16 wrote:There was a OB/GYN that was retiring and trying to decide what to do with his new found spare time. At the end of the last class he took the final test. When everyone in the class had finished the teacher passed out the results. The retired OB/GYN looked at his and saw that he had received a grade of 200%.
He went to the teacher and asked how was this possible.
The teacher replied, "You did very good on disassembling the engine and I gave you 50%. You also did very good on reassembling the engine so I gave you another 50%. And, I gave you 100% extra credit for doing it all through the muffler."
What a horrible story. As an abused child myself, that brought back the ugliest of memories. I think I'd slam the father up against at bulkhead or shove him into the sea if I saw that.Syndrome wrote:
The worst thing of all was that the child wasn't crying. He was just standing there like a deer in headlights...somehow I suspect there were no tears because this is an everyday occurence with Daddy Dearest.
That's still the official policy, but most of us will skip Security and go right for 911. The OCSD show up faster and have a far greater impact on the situation.screnwriter wrote:... when I was a character ... I learned that we were supposed to contact Security if we saw child abuse. I hope that the park still cares about children and hasn't dropped this out of fear that someone might bring suit against the park.
