Let's get together, yeah, yeah, yeah! When I was a kid, my best friend and I used to act out the whole movie. We also did "The Trouble with Angels."

For those of you who like reading this sort of thing -- I sure do! ...

...the Wall-E script!!!

(Note that this isn't a "bootleg script" like many available on the internet. It's made available by Disney!)

I like that dialog DM. It is pretty near the exact exchanges that took place.. ;)

Saw Twilight to day. Ralphie went and Watched Quantum of Solace while I watched Twilight. It was okay good, but not excellent. It followed the books pretty well. I am still stalking a 17 yr old vampire boy named Edward in the Pacific Northwest because he is just HAWT!!!!!!!

Then after Ralphie saw the Bond movie we went back and watched Twilight! Me for the second time and Ralphie got to see it then with me. He was *thrilled*! haw haw haw!!!!
There were no screaming tweens, thankfully. We went to the early matinees.
Still love young hot vampire boys. Can't wait for the sequels!

"Twilight" was all my students could talk about for a week. They went and saw it last night and all were disappointed.

Nope not a redhead either. Try agian hobie...

awwwwwwwww...he only went because he loves me and wanted me to stop nagging him about going! He took it pretty well. His favorite character was the chief of police, Bella's father. He was a funny character. There were SOME LOL moments in the movie. mostly provided by the dad. Ralph got a few laughs out of that.

I do wish Disney or another BIG studio had picked up Twilight. It could have been done so much better. The CG moments were laughable and it was pretty bad when they used the harness for the vampires flying. It was so 6 Million Dollar Man with the effects. But with the low budget they could not afford to do it right. Maybe if it does well, a bigger studio can pick up the option and make the sequels right.

The STORY was good, there was just a lot of bad editing and CG moments. It was sweet though for the story, reminded me of how I felt when I was 17 and had my first crush, though not on a vampire, as far as I know....Buwahahahahahaha....

Oh and by the way, he did not care that much for Quantum, he said it was not that great....he likes the older Bond movies better. I liked it when Sean Connery played him. Even I would go see those movies!

We are going to see Bolt sometime this weekend or early in the week. I cannot wait to see that. That hamster gots to be the best character in ages and you know his voice was provided by one the film crew members? Very cool.

Well Hobie...

we showed up at my dad's, Wall-e in hand, along with a four course dinner from a wonderful local restaurant and real half and half for the coffee (my mother waters everything down  ...

...and we didn't watch it :(

My mother decided that no more Disney movies are allowed to be shown in their house. She says they're evil because they have 'magic' in them and she wouldn't have it in 'her' house.

I asked my Dad if he wanted to watch it anyway (on another tv, let her go into her room and read her bible magazines...etc...) and he said no.

So I took my evil devil movie out the door- didn't stay for dessert, and cried all the way home.

I saved it all week to watch it with him. Now he can't come over here to watch it, I can't watch it with him there, oh, and she's not letting us take him out to brunch on Thanksgiving, either.

So much for our big movie date we've waited all these months for...he let her just mow me and the whole thing over.

Sorry for going off topic a bit...

back on topic, did you see that TRU online doesn't have any more Ultimates and the price on Disneyshopping is 289.99 plus 15 in 'special handling' above the shipping??? That means that I got mine for almost HALF.

I can't believe it. I love him even though I haven't played with him much cause he's so freakin noisy. He's just so cute I promise I will try to post some pics soon.

In other news, almost all of the Wall E stuff on the disney shopping site is out of stock including the ornament! Shoot! was right after I said they had it the other day LOL that's okay I have so many action figures I could do up a whole tree in them if I wanted to no sense in buying another one.

I am eyeing the calendar though that they have on Amazon! would work great in my monorail kitchen...
