Official SGT ADD thread
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.
Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

If Disney execs worked in the parks for a day should they dress like this?

*looks up* Uhm... wow.
ANywho, a big warning to any DLR/DCA CMs. The relatives my family doesn't like to talk about are having a Disney time right now and tomorrow.
They're not evil, exactly, but they are kind of obnoxious.

Legend: Alligators dwell in the sewers beneath Disneyland.
Truth: There are no sewers below Disneyland, and therefore no alligators in them. The secret tunnels are infested with mutant rats, however.

HEHEHE!
Today saw an security person dressed to the gills as a tourist (including Dream Ears) tailing some particularly obnoxious teenagers in the POTC Line....
I got to hear him communicating with other security staff, hopefully said SGs were ejected from Park. :D:
My Kids are continuing the SGT tradition and called people using Flash on POTC "SG's". I have trained them well..... ;)
Good Times!

Re: Official SGT ADD thread
It is so frustrating!
My power bill came and as I don't yet have any personal checks I can't set up electronic bill pay nor mail in my payment. The UPS Store next to the neighborhood Publix (where I needed to go anyway) takes payments for Progress Energy so I went by there. They only take personal checks, money orders, and cash for bill payments, not debit or credit. The whole reason I went there is because I don't have any checks and I don't carry that much cash on me usually so going there was a waste of time. I figured they would take debit or credit, I mean who doesn't anymore? I could understand if it was something to make sure they get their money but debit is more secure than checks are in that way! I'll get some money out of the ATM at work today and pay my bill tomorrow I guess.
I then go by Publix to get a few things. I needed some undershirts but they don't carry them though they carry underpants. I wound up driving through 2 or 3 shopping centers in the immediate area and stopping in a CVS Pharmacy before finding a Dollar General that had some undershirts. I wouldn't have minded so much but I had cold groceries I wanted to get home. That and when I go shopping I hate just driving around, I want to get to the store and get what I need.
Then I get home and there's a delivery notice on my door from the postman. I must have just missed him as I wasn't gone all that long, maybe 30 minutes. There's this convenience card that my complex offers that I have (and pay for) that includes signing for and leaving packages in my apartment. Apparently the postman was to stupid to go by the office with my package. I can pick up the package tomorrow morning from the post office, thankfully it is right across the street so I don't have to go looking for it.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.
