SG: Where is the Simpsons ride? We can't find it on the map. Is it at MGM studios?
CM: That would be Hollywood Studios and no, it isn't located there.
SG: Where is it then? Can we use our 5 day pass to see it.
CM: Is that a multiple park pass or a Disney multiple day Park Hopper pass?
SG: It's a Disney multiple day park hopper pass.
CM: You are out of luck then. You would need to find transportation to Universal Studios, which is a non-Disney park, and you would need to buy an admission ticket from them. They have nothing to do with Disney and are a totally separate park and company.
SG: Oh well! We really wanted to ride the Simpsons ride on this trip.
CM: Have a magical evening! ;)

Here's a few more I heard hundreds of times each night.
SG: We came up the wrong ramp can we cut across this gate to go to the Express monorail?
CM: I'm sorry, you can't come through this gate as it is being used as an exit only at this moment. You can use the Resort monorail and get off at the second stop, it goes to the same place the Express monorail goes to.
SG: But we don't want to go to the resorts and need to use the Express monorail, please let us come through.
CM: I'm sorry, this is an exit only at this moment. Please use the Resort monorail as it goes to the same exact place that the Express monorail goes to or please walk back down the ramp and go through security to use the Express monorail if that is what you really want to do. The Resorts monorail line is much shorter and you might even find a seat if you hurry, it's only two stops to get back to the TTC/parking lot/ EPCOT transfer.
SG: Can I use one of those boats to go back to the parking lot?
CM: You need to use the ferry boat to head back there. The other boats only go to the resorts.
SG: Can I take a boat to the Dolphin hotel?
CM: The boats at the Magic Kingdom are only for Magic Kingdom resorts. If you are staying at any other Disney resort, the buses are at the end of the walkway and will take you directly there. etc. etc.

Here is a typical conversation from around 2:00 A.M. when the Magic Kingdom has extra magic hours.
SG: I left my car parked at Epcot how do I get to it?
CM: Sir, you will need to take the Resort monorail since the Express monorail was shut down around 1:00 A.M. You will need to get off at the second stop and take a bus to EPCOT from there.
SG: A bus? Why can't I take the monorail?
CM: Sir, the EPCOT monorail shut down and hour after that park closed. EPCOT shut down at 9:00 P.M. and the monorail for it shut down at 10:00 P.M. You will need to use the Resorts monorail to get to the TTC, the second stop, and take a bus to EPCOT from there.
SG: But I'm not going to the resorts....
CM:
Don't people listen to the spiels or read signs? ;)

Overheard at MGM:
Outside Hollywood and Vine.
An SG comes up to the host waiting outside the restaurant. He is a few paces ahead of his large group.
SG: Hey, buddy, where is Planet Hollywood?
CM: Um, that's in Downtown Disney.
SG: Really? (Turns to group.) Guys! This place is in a whole 'nother country!

A great way to confuse the guest is to let them know that there was a nice grace period, too. It went all the way to 10:30 before Tractor B called for no more guests.

A better way is to tell them the monorail is shut down for the night while a monorail passes overhead.

Warm

warm
from the dragon. Beverage committee's welcome: hopefully cool and refreshing (and able to douse flames if necessary).
