I want to try it, I hear it is really good. If I was to try it, Japan would be the only place, and maybe only in Fukuoka where I think most of the chefs are trained.

Hey, someday I will try the Fugu. Being someone who loves sushi (you haven't lived until you've had oh toro) and tries everything (except rolls that look more like snot than fish), I figure I'll have to have it sometime. If I discover I am terminally ill, I'll put up everything I have to go to Japan and give it a try. Otherwise, I'll wait many years before I do.

toro is yummy, so is uni :) so far the only thing that I found I didn't care for was salmon roe. Salty fish water is what that is...
