Hey SGT family!

I have not been posting because I am very sick. I have a really swollen neck and my throat is on fire. I either have strep or the Mumps or a really horrendous flu.. But I am SICK! I am so glad I did not have it when we were at DL. I so hope I am over whatever it is in 2 weeks, because we are flying to Florida on May 2nd. It is all I can do to walk and stand, so I am going back to bed where I have been for 3 days now. Everything hurts, tho I only have a very low temp of 99.5. So far, so good. Hopefully it stays viral or whtever and does not get worse. I am coughing up the worst gunk I ever have.

Stupid me, I din't get no flu shot this year. I hate shots and usually manage to get only a mild case of flu. But if this is the flu, it is a nightmare.

And my immune system is pretty much non-existent. Interesting that when my back started getting bad that I started to catch everything. I used to not get sick at all. I think there is a LOT to be said for physical exercise keeping one healthy. I can't do anything except lie around and catch everything that is out there. I am so sick of being sick. :(

I will post again tomorrow. I also will catch up with the Flats blog. They will be on their way to Whazzup tomorrow or the next day.
Have a great day everyone. We had 82 and sunny here yesterday as I looked out the window from my warm bed with a kitty cat snuggled up with me! :) and today... we are getting snow...SUCKS! :mad: I hate the climate here. I wanna live in Florida! NOW!!! Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! :(

Oh Susi, so sorry to hear you're under the weather again. Sounds yucky. It's rotten being sick. I'm visiting my son and his family this week and all 3 of his boys are sick with coughing and stuff. Sure hope I don't get it, at least until I get home. I'd hate to feel like hell and have to fly on an airplane, especially stuck in a middle seat. :(

Take care of yourself and get all better so you can have a great trip to WDW. :)

DW and I got "sick" but are not sure where we got it! not like yours, but we started to notice it while at DLR! wonder if you were next to somebody that was a carrier and got some "unscheduled magic" from them?

Being sick sucks. I'm just getting over a cold myself. The best part is I haven't smoked a cig in 10 days. (just might give the damn things up)
