Hey Ive got a quick question. Everything went through well with my transfer and I'll be going to tomorrowland attrac in a little while. Can anyone tell me if I'll keep my 2nd year pay rate of $8.24 when I transfer, or will it drop to $7.83 again? Im in custodial right now. The interviewer wasn't 100% sure, but $8.24 is being reported to the union. 70% of the people I have talked to say I will keep it, some said probably not. I'm not worried about not making $8.24, I just don't want to have to wait 2 whole years to get up to $9.17-$9.50. Mansion_boi, do you know, since you transferred to attrac from custodial after being in custodial for quite awhile?

Also, what are the best areas to be trained on in tomorrowland that I would possibly get trained at in terms of hours enjoyment. Basically, honey/orbitor, autopia, or star tours?

Main Streeter wrote:"Why do you want to work at Disney Land Resort?" MEng85, this is the 3rd question! How could I ever forget this one??? Will also be the last question "formally" asked you by HR interviewer. Throw in something abt wanting to be a part of the Magic for Disney Land's 50th Birthday. Can't hurt. Thanks alot Stduck! We needed your help.
Your Welcome. When I answered that question my last job had been at Legoland so I told them I enjoyed the team attmopshere and wanted to find another job that would present a team like environment. (They ate it up)
