You have to get the old material out first, but I digress.

Depends would be needed if it was the opposite condition.

The opposite condition often results from treating the first condition.......

Well, of course. Depends is conditional.

Another time I was at the Orange Transportation Center, waiting until it was time for me to head for the library in time for opening, when this lady walked up to me and asked how she could get to the LAPD headquarters from there. She then said she'd come all the way from Riverside because people were, if I recall correctly, harassing her, breaking into her house, etc., and her local police department wouldn't help her. I looked at my bus book, train schedule, and since I was still in the shelter at that time, my trusty Thomas Guide that I had with me, but the best I could tell her was to take the train to L.A. and ask again. In other words, I said you can't get there from here. It wasn't until later I realized I should've told her that Riverside is not in the jurisdiction of the LAPD. And that she was loopy--the people she complained about were likely figments of her imagination.
Reminds me of something I read somewhere once--this lady had a nice house in the country, but suddenly took to living outside, eating roadkill and generally not living in her house. When asked why, she said Gypsies had taken up residence in her home, she couldn't make them leave, and the police and other people kept telling her they weren't there, and wouldn't help her.
Makes you wonder....

Not if the dosage is correct. There are times though when downing the entire bottle seems appropriate. That could lead to it Depends.
