I'm sure a lot of it is, as others suggested, idiots who don't understand/care what "free refills from the food court at your hotel during the duration of your stay" means. But on the other hand, a lot of the hotels are seriously spread out. It can be more convenient to clip the mugs to a stroller or backpack and refill on the way back to the room than to walk back to the room, grab the mug, walk to the food court, and walk back again.

I bring my mug, attach it to my cross body strap with caribener after finishing the coffee on bus. I transfer my drinks at parks, to keep it cold, esp in Aug. Also keeps Grey Goose slushy cold too :D: . Then I have it for when I return to resort to refill at food court on the way back to our room.

Greetings Sue M, I am the resident dragon and would like to offer you a very warm* welcome to that slice of the internet we call SGT. This website contains threads with quick twists and turns and I would like to advise you to not try too hard to keep up with them. Please keep your hands, arms, and legs safely inside the website at all times and enjoy your stay.
*this instance of warm is actually hot**... very hot
**this instance of hot means that you are now literally on fire, I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience

Actually, six, unless I'm running later than Lasolimu. You're forgetting my pre-dragon warning/getting ready for the sweeping.
