Not just a hero but a hero with A Duracell cluster.

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

It looks to be their older son, who is blind, maybe more, to meet Stitch. Their daughter refuses to take pics (with her cell phone of all things), because "it ain't got no flash on it!" Was just fine for her daughter... I just started taking pictures and then got their email address. Hopefully the dad/grandpa got it typed out correctly. Sitch brought the guy face to face with him, took the guys hands and let him rub over Stitch's head. I felt for the family who was going to be spending the rest of the day with the daughter who seemed to be there just for herself, and *maybe* her daughter.
I just looked at the pics, now I'm tearing up. Time to get these emailed out!

Very Cool! And Stitch's Friend Rocks! :stitch:

But if you are a hero guest with a duracell cluster, could you get ejected from the park for battery?

I met a guest this afternoon celebrating his 48th Trip to WDW and that he was meeting his 250th Character. He actually gave us a sweet gift. A big fancy box of christmas chocolates.
Honestly, I have to say I was kinda suprised by him. Usually the super fans are covered head to toe in Disney gear to some crazy extreme. You know the ones who wear some shirt from 70's covered in Pins from the 80's carrying a backpack form the 90's with keychains from 00's.
This guy had a goofy shirt and carried a common backpack with a couple of pins. No more then any other joe schmoo tourist.
Not that i am complaining about the overdressed superfans. I'm just saying he suprised me is all. I love the super fan.
Anyone seen Linda Skywalker recently?

I've been to the WDW resorts over 100 times myself. The most I wear that would identify me is my recently purchased SGT polo shirt. Other than that I blend in with all the other stupid guests. ;)

Part couple of days I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. However, it all ended with a shocking ending for me.
I worked a very rainy Christmas party last night where a guest demanded that they be allowed to stay and watch the parade even though they did not have a party ticket. They felt it was ridiculous to close the park early and demand more money when they never got to see the afternoon parade. They reasoned that they were not going to go on anymore rides so they would just sit and wait for the Christmas parade. After a few minutes I had enough and decided before I explode and chance losing my job I pass it on to a nearby manager.
I had an extremely drunk woman want to get some "sexy" pictures with Tigger so she decided she was going to jump on him and try and throw her legs over him. Boobs went flying that I got a quick peek at a nipple. She was a mess thank gawd for quick security.
So I was tired, kinda cranky but still smiling and wishing merry Christmas. I am on my final half hour when I see a sea of yellow shirts heading my way. It was one of the biggest tour groups I had seen in ages. There was easily more then 50 of them. I prepared for the worst. What I got shocked everyone around me. THEY LISTENED TO ME. They formed single lines. They went in a good order. They were having fun but not chanting and screaming. It was like something out of the twilight zone. After I thanked the last one and sent her on her merry way, we all just had a moment where we stared at each other and though, What the heck, why cant they all be like that. It was awesome.
I think I can actually go back tommorow, Smile, and actually mean it.
