Gotta take these things in context, the same way one does for "Song of the South".
The other context is the audience, which was from 2008. (...ish. I forget the exact date.) There was really no need to showcase a racist song. It wasn't just about sushi being "weird" - the lyrics say things like "no likey" and "me sicky." That's a racist imitation of English-speaking Asians.

My whole group was put off by the song.
