A CM can be fired for violating any laws while on Disney property. I think it depends on the severity of the crime whether or not they proceed with termination procedures, especially in traffic law cases.avengador1 wrote:Another dumb way to get fired is to get caught texting and driving. I haven't clocked in to a job since I was 20 years old!!! I've been a "professional" since then. I did have to keep my time on projects and client accounts when I worked at a CPA firm, but that was for billing purposes (and can be changed). Put it this way: I worked about 50 hours last week and I'm looking at 60 this week. If I was paid OT, I could pay my mortgage off by the end of the year. But that's the thing with salaried jobs: you get paid the big bucks to be available. I don't mind it....I get plenty of days off and flex time when I need it.hobie16 wrote:I never was. Most of the time they are emailing or texting another manager about something work related.
