we have swing gates too, automatic gates are too much to ask probly.

I'm just pissed that i'm going to have to push a button to do what the system already does on it's own, and i was under the impression that you had a conductor at each station to help load the train, as there is only one conductor per train... at least that's what the dude from WDI said when he was poking around the station to see if that system would work here. We shot it down tho, some points of our track have too much of a bend for one conductor to be able to see the whole train, and we like to make faces at eachother and stuff while the other is trying to speil.

Okay, okay. I know it's part of my job to provide appropriate smilies for this board, but this one was really tough. Hope it's good enough for y'all:

Yabut your swing gates have two latches. The foot latch makes a big difference, because once the kids try the top latch and it doesn't work, they tend to give up. I've been asking for foot latches for five years now.

That's correct. One conductor per train plus one per station.

We have plenty of places where the conductor can't see the whole train, and that's not counting darkness. Plus we have 75 open doors on each train, which provides many more opportunities for stupidity.

Trust me, having a station conductor is a great thing. You get lots more guest contact time, answer a lot of questions, and can prepare for the Brazilian tour groups before arrival. I'd take that swap if offered.
