Oops - forgot all about that. I guess I'm not ready. Maybe I'd best go take a nap myself since the next few days are liable to be chaotic. :D:

I'll say this much for this "Rev. Camping" guy: if he's wrong, it's not the end of the world. :D:

I've heard a bit about that. That preacher must have missed Matthew 24:36, "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[a] but only the Father." (ref). God and God alone knows when Judgement Day will occur, man cannot predict when it will happen. Verse 44 says "So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him." Jesus will return when we He is least expected and a lot of people are expecting Him to return tomorrow.

If I'm not mistaken this isn't the first time this guy has predicted the end of the world. He and his followers are going to be in for a big surprise tomorrow evening after the "appointed time" of the rapture comes and goes and they are still here. In addition to the verses from Matthew above I think this preacher and his followers need to read Luke 21:8, "He replied: “Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ Do not follow them." I don't know if he is claiming to be "he" but he definitely is claiming "the time is near".

I believe that Jesus will return one day. When we cannot know nor does it really matter, as long as we try to be the best people we can be. We don't know when we're going to die or when the world will end. It'll end when it ends, just keep on living every day and not worry about it. As Andy Dufresne (Tim Robbins) said in The Shawshank Redemption, "Get busy living, or get busy dying."

Friend of ours has a wicked sense of humor. He said we should take clothes and shoes we don't want and just lay them out in random places like people left the clothes when raptured.

I guess I won't be going 'cuz I'm terping on Sunday and the pastor is preaching on the Rapture and why it didn't happen.

Should I bother mowing the lawn tomorrow morning?

I'm gonna pig out at McDonald's tonight. Screw the cholesterol. I'll park in the handicapped stall.

Has anyone planned out their route for post Rapture looting? With everyone gone and God not looking, I'm thinking I can finally get an iPad and a Harley. I'll ride the Harley to the airport and pick up a Bombardier Global Express that some random billionaire will no longer need. Yee haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

There is a good chance the random billionaire's will still be here with the rest of us. Only the good shall rise to heaven...don't forget that. My guess is that there will only be a couple of Ford Pinto's left to pick up.
