I don't know about you guys, but I typically like to use that firearm in the dessert.

Cujo, Lady Ulrike, do you two think we should levy a Pun Tax on this bunch?

Re: How to thank Cast Members
Getting back on topic (heresy, I know), guests should be aware that most cast members would *never* eat anything given to them by a guest. We can't eat it on stage, and it's probably going into the trash as soon as we go backstage, no matter how many "thank yous" we say.

Yep, as nice as most people are, there are a lot of freaks out there, and safety is always the formost on the mind. CMs love to help people and love people that love that.Zazu wrote:Getting back on topic (heresy, I know), guests should be aware that most cast members would *never* eat anything given to them by a guest. Re: How to thank Cast Members
Another way to thank the Cast members is to write down their name on a little piece of paper and the time that you saw them doing the magic, and then go to City Hall and ask to fill out a guest comment report (I tell guests if they see someone spreading the Magic at Disneyland to do that and I also tell them that it will get back to the Cast Member eventually)

My GCs have always been faxed to my area. Possibly because of my later hrs. when guests are leaving & stop by City Hall. Faxing seems the safest & best for City Hall.Purpura wrote:I also tell them that it will get back to the Cast Member eventually)

This may work at Disneyland, but WDW no longer has guest comment cards. Better to just give that piece of paper to the GR cast.Purpura wrote:Another way to thank the Cast members is to write down their name on a little piece of paper and the time that you saw them doing the magic, and then go to City Hall and ask to fill out a guest comment report....

I noticed that on my last trip when they told me to use e-mail instead. Do you know why they phased out the comment cards?Zazu wrote:This may work at Disneyland, but WDW no longer has guest comment cards. Better to just give that piece of paper to the GR cast.

Re: How to thank Cast Members
I would imagine that the e-mails (a) will go directly to a central office without intermediate handling, and (b) that a person is likely to put a lot more information in an e-mail than in the cramped space available on a comment card and (c) they have a way to track the originating location of the e-mail and it is not friends of a CM saying good things about the CM.Amphigorey wrote:I noticed that on my last trip when they told me to use e-mail instead.
