This confusion could be completely avoided if we'd all just agree to greet everybody, royals included, with a hearty "Whazzuuuuuup?" :D:

You could always just read the books!

Available at a public library near you:

"The Mouse that Roared"
"The Mouse on the Moon"

So ends the lecture, now -- questions?
1. Where would royalty of equal status, such as the assorted Disney princesses (post-marriage) and their spouses be seated relative to one another?

2. In what order should they be served?

3. What honorifics are to be used for the various domestic and woodland creature companions of the Disney princesses?

4. Where and in what order would they be seated/served?

5. Should one feed the creature companions according to the dietary needs of their species, or is this considered insulting to the anthropomorphic community?

The Host or Hostess sits at the head of the table. For smaller groups, the person of lower rank may sit at the foot, but not if that would place them too far from their spouse to talk.

For the guests, assuming each couple are prince & princess, and that they are all either reigning in their kingdoms or heirs to their kingdom, they are seated by order of precedence. That is, the earlier the movie came out, the closer to the head of the table.

Small variations can be made for good reason, but it is often done that the men and women will be seated opposite alternating, thus:

H M F M F M F M F
H F M F M F M F M

OTOH, if both reining and heirs are included, the reigning royalty are seated ahead of the heirs, but in film order for each group.
2. In what order should they be served?
That's easy! At a royal banquet, there should be a butler for each diner. If done on the cheap, with only half that many servants, the ladies first and simultaneously, then the gentlemen, also simultaneously. (Visit Victoria & Albert's to see how it's done.)

3. What honorifics are to be used for the various domestic and woodland creature companions of the Disney princesses?
They should be addressed by name, if known, and by species if not.

There are a few exceptions. Bambi's father, and Bambi after his death, are properly addressed "Your Highness" as they are the Prince of the Forest. "Mushu the Magnificent" is *not* one such exception.

4. Where and in what order would they be seated/served?
*If sufficiently anthropomorphic and civilized*, animals would be seated among the non-royals near the foot of the table. Small animals, like Flik, might be permitted to sit with their favorite human. Their seating order would again follow precedence of their films, then in the order of their listing in the credits (which might be alphabetical or in order of appearance). If not listed, they are seated in the order of their appearance, if simultaneous, by first lines.

The big challenge here is to determine who is "sufficiently anthropomorphic and civilized". One can imagine Zazu sitting at table and carrying on politely, but Joanna, probably not. Excluding the inappropriate with grace can at times be quite the challenge. King Stephan can also speak from experience on the advisability of inviting the occasional villain.

5. Should one feed the creature companions according to the dietary needs of their species, or is this considered insulting to the anthropomorphic community?
No, it's not an insult at all, the kind host will always take into consideration the dietary needs and restrictions of his guests. You would no more serve a steak to an herbivore than you would to a vegetarian, nor hay to a lion or Atkins Dieter.

That said, some care should be taken when choosing guests, as some have dining habits not suitable for others. One would also make exceptions to the strict seating order described above to seat predators and their natural prey away from one another, with at least one strong gentleman between them. Under no circumstances should live prey be served at a dinner with non-carnivores, even if the entreƩ species is not on the guest list.

All of the above admonitions are but a beginning, and apply more strongly to State Dinners than to gatherings of friends. One must also allow for the style of the hostess and her culture. One might expect Cinderella to set a far more formal table than Jane, and Mulan would be more likely to offer chopsticks than silver. The primary principle is always to make your guests feel comfortable, and seating according to rank is but one of many ways to do so, and not always the most important.

If you would care to name a host/hostess and offer a specific guest list, I could try to illustrate it with a recommendation.

That's why I always have my portable Whataburger with me so my staff can be ready to deliver a burger or taquito with plenty of ketchup. If logistics prevent me from having my portable Whataburger, then my staff will take the plane to the closest location and bring me something. Of course the beer cooler is always stocked.

Oh how I possibly turn down such an opening? :D:

Recently proposed room-theme rumors have stately accommodations for Princess Tiana's royal Disney pals at Port Orleans. So we'll say that she and her Prince Naveen are hosting, and have commandeered Boatwright's for the evening, commissioning a special menu.

The guest list is as follows:

Princess Jasmine and Prince Aladdin (who have been visiting General Gouda and are quite sick of cheese), Rajah, Abu
Princess Ariel, Prince Eric, Sebastian (who requests to be seated as far from the kitchen as possible due to past trauma...similarly, he refuses to eat French food)
Princess Aurora, Prince Phillip, Samson (who has been naughty recently; Prince Phillip requests that he be served a dish with no carrots)
Princess Cinderella, Prince Charming, Jaques and Gus Gus (who have heard rumors of an incomprehensibly large cat on the guest list and would prefer to stay as close as possible to their beloved Cinderelly for protection)

Where will they all sit and what will they be fed?

This is why we have Potluck whenever the family gets together ;)
