We finally got a copy of our lease; Isaiah House got on her case about it. We have to pay $100/month for the washer and dryer. The last set of tenants were a bunch of druggies who had their friends come over and do their laundry there, which really ran up the utility bill. We don't pay for our utilities unless we run them up over a certain amount.
Unfortunately, the lease also says "No pets allowed." :(
The house came with CFLs, and we try to remember to turn off lights when we leave the room, etc.. I don't know if we all split the $100/month for laundry--finally got the washer and dryer hooked up last week, BTW--or what.
