Stupid Guest Tricks

I remember once when working load on small world getting rushed by a Brazilian group. I can't remember now how many of them there were, but they were intent on getting in one boat, and they wouldn't listen to anyone. They were totally smushed and packed in there, but they were all sitting down, so off they went.

One of the tour guides of a Brazillian group once asked one of my coordinators "Why do you treat us like animals?" to which my coordinator replied "Well, when you folks stop acting like animals, we'll stop treating you like animals."

Maybe they can get Temple Grandin to observe them and devise methods of "gentle-ing" ;)
