How long was she employed in a costumed position before she got religion?
Why, if her management is trying to work out an accommodation so she can wear a piece of clothing to comply with religious dictates, would she show up at work with a bunch of non-employees to embarrass the employer? That, to me, is grounds for immediate suspension and probable termination.
