One of the lovely things about this board is that we hardly ever stay on topic; therefore, don't get your panties in a twist.

I used to love that about the Disney Channel - when they would run snippits about the parks (
way before MGM and AK); I used to love those and drink them in (I am so dating myself here). That was one of the things that made me want to visit the parks so much.

I remember watching the show (played over and over again) about the Living Sea's being built. The time lapse was one of my favorite parts. I couldn't wait to see it. Fast forward to young adulthood, and visiting Epcot and seeing it for the first time. My childhood came back for that short time. One day I'll go diving there...one day...

Excuse you. I am not getting my "panties in a twist" I just asked a quested and expected an answer. But when a thread gets off track as this one has, then the chances of getting an answer go right out the window.
So sorry for asking a question.

The question you asked was answered though...at the beginning of the thread, so I'm kinda confused as to what the problem is.
LadySiren did, however, ask another question that wasn't answered, maybe that's what you meant.
LadySiren wrote:Did they stop flying Ear Force One for a reason? I'm just curious, as it would've been perfect for DTD, no? The balloon they have now looks nice and all, but it would be kinda cool to see Mickey hanging out in the skies above DTD.

No the question was not answer since the person giving that answer was talking about the wrong thing.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, (and probably get busted for it), LIGHTEN UP. Jeeze, with very few exceptions, almost 'all' threads go off in some weird tangent. Of course the ADD thread was made for that.
As why to they don't fly it any more, Maintence costs 'or' FAA certification. (Disney can get cheap sometimes)
(waits in corner for mods)

Can any thing be the wrong thing in the grand scheme of things?

Um... I don't think an airplane is the same as a hot air balloon.
So when I asked about a hot air balloon and got an answer about an airplane, yes that's the wrong answer.
But never mind. It appears that people here are in their "moods" today so I will go find the answer somewhere else.
