Sitting on handrails and chains...
Re: Sitting on handrails and chains...
It's a line from Weird Al's "Genius in France". What would you suggest instead? Dumber than a box of hair? Couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel? :D:

Or the parents that let their children walk on the walls that is five feet off the ground. Even if they are holding their hands. If the children go down, the parents go down with them, too!!turkeyham wrote:If you thought handrails and chains are bad, I was walking to the exit of Splash Mountain and I saw a father letting his 2 younger kids climb up the rocks to a area that was over 10 feet off the ground. One day when we were visiting the Moraco pavilion in Epcot we saw the strangest thing. There was a kid about 7-8 years old in the little fountain in the center of the pavilion dancing around in it and splashing. We then noticed the mother had him on one of those kid leashes. Mom is talking in a different language to another person ignoring the child while he licked the dirty bowl in the center of the fountain and drinking the water. I had to sit down just to watch other peoples reactions which were priceless.

So this is not handrail or chains related, but that last story reminded me of a cute story when my DD was little. She and her buddy were out playing in his backyard after a big rain storm. When I called her in for bed, they came running out front covered head to toe in mud. I mean mud EVERY WHERE. So we go up and I pop her in the tub and as I was scrubbing her I asked if they were making mud pies in the backyard. "No, drinking chocolate milk" was the answer I got. Icky icky icky. Fortunately she didn't end up with worms.

I have been in line for the Garget's Go Coaster in Toontown. This family in front of us was letting their kids climb up on the walls. All they way through the line, I kept on hearing, please remain off the rocks, trees, poles and fences. When it came time for the family to ride, security was there to walk them out of the park for failing to listen to a cast member's safety speil. If your kid does not belong up there, don't let them up their.

Of course, they would blame Disney...ugh, some parents just shouldn't be parents AT ALL. I live in a condo complex. Back in August on a hot summer night, there was a bunch of high school kids hanging out onto of the trash bin areas. There are signs saying stay clear of the areas because they are unsafe and you can fall into a dumpster and get hurt. Our security warns the kids. One of the kids laughed at the officer and lost balance and fell in. Teaches them a lesson. I wonder if they had to get several shots and had to take a strong shower?

Hopefully he landed on something soft, gooey and really stinky.
Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

Got this from another site--wouldn't it be great if everyone who visits the parks had this kind of "drug problem"?
