What role will you be doing?
Thanks for the welcome!

I'm doing Concierge! I'm super excited! Also, randomly, I'm friends with you on facebook and I decided to friend you after I found you on here (in a non creepy way!) :)

Thanks for the welcome!!

Also, can I get an admin's help? I can't seem to reply to/create PMs (I would PM one, but given the circumstances...)

I believe you need a certain amount of posts to send a PM (I want to say it's 10 posts).

Great, thanks a bunch!

The details on too many shops are being taught in too few days. The trainers do what they can but they have to follow the training schedule and there just isn't the time anymore.

Why the heck are attractions trainers being ignored and management passing CMs who failed? Attractions have a lot of safety roles and to pass someone who doesn't know the roles well enough could result in guest or cast injury.
There is the Safety Hotline. A confidential number you can call to report unsafe cast, areas, or acts. This is a CM only line and the number is listed throughout WDW in cast areas for your need.

When I have had issues with Safety that have gone unheeded by my management team, I confess I have used the number...oh, and it works. :D:
