Don't get me wrong, its still interesting to see the behind the scenes stuff, but I hope they don't start the exact same formula for each and every company.

Now when are they gonna do DLR and WDW??

I really liked the first episode i saw (the Garbaeg collection one) and continued watching, but it got to the point where the CEO promises started to ring hollow.

Creating panels to review things, and giving the effected staff some bonus money or other trinket is all well and good, but this should be considered thier payment for approval to be broadcast/exploited on national tv.

What about the other employees who are just as effected? Wil the companies follow through on thier commitments? I guess only time will tell.

It would be interesting to see a follow up show where they review what changes were promised and what changes had been made.
