That would be a neat trick... I guess it would be possible if there were multiple light sources or somehow the suns rays were reflected in different directions. Otherwise, rainbows are going to be opposite to you from the sun, so rainbows in the round wouldn't be easy.
If you're up in an airplane or looking down at waterfall mist, it's possible to see a full-circle rainbow. Now that's cool.
