If you knew me in real life, those digs at me take on a really funny aspect. If anything, I am the opposite of someone that can be taken advantage of, but that doesn't mean that by not letting minor things in life get to me, that I am a pushover.
I don't know you in "real" life Pirate, but from what I know of you on this board, that was my reaction, too. ;) I almost laughed when I read those comments about you.
No offense, Honda Enoch. :)

All you're gonna hear is a click. So he didn't say, "Sorry, wrong number." If I asked for a specific person and whoever answered the phone hung up, I'd figure I had dialed a wrong number and would check and try dialing again. The caller is the one who started the trouble by dialing again and doing the name calling. He should have left well enough alone.
Even if it is only a joke there's a lesson to be learned in there.
But he was rude for yelling at the guy.

*shakes head* they did wrong by being rude ass holes. the writer did not yell at them, he did not cut them off, he was just living his life and they were rude to him in their actions. But I guess that's ok in today's world. No wonder people act the way they do. But trying to get people like you to realize that is just beating a dead horse, so I am done with you.

I realize that people over react to precieved "slights" and then take it way to far.
..and get really upset when they can't make people see their point of view, even though they are focusing in on revenge behaviour, and not just calming down and letting it go..
because no amount of anger can really be justified over something so trivial as a wrong number or a parking spot, ....really. (should be a SNL weekend update subject)
take a deep breath..Go to Disneyland, ride some rides, say hi to the CM's, have some ice cream, watch the fireworks.
and, like the reservation CM said to me today..
Have a Great Disney Day!!!

The assumptions we make can often be one of the most dangerous things we can do. Like assuming that when you lose someone on the phone they hung up on you. And that, good sir, is a very dangerous assumption you've made right there. :p:

Sooo, years ago,I'm at my favorite digs when I had to make some room. Some one has scrawled on the wall,"Jesus Loves You". Of course I had to reply,"But everyone else thinks you're an asshole".
A few days later, someone else replied,"And so are you".
I replied "Yes,I know,Thank you".. :D:
