That is the best way, Main Streeter. Abusive people are COUNTING on someone being too intimidated to call security and end the encounter.
Was at a patient's house one time and patient's son was mad because he was going to take patient shopping and thought I had taken to long to show up, even when I arrived in time frame I had promised. He proceeded from starting out talking in a very rude manner to actual physical intimidation. I ended up yelling at him at the top of my lungs to stay away from me as I was leaving, attracting attention from neighbors in the Apartment complex.
He backed off, but I should have left when he was only being rude.
Yeah, the patient was dismissed from Home Health Service. She was able to be taken out shopping, she could go get her iv therapy at the clinic.

When I was researching some special equiptment for work, I ran across a company that makes taser "gloves" the contacts are in the palm of the hand and all you have to do is "grab" or touch the person, and wooohoooo zap begins!

That would be great for those CM's that deal with the SG who open the beverage carts and try to get a drink them selves. Zap!!! I smell SG flesh burning!!! EWWW WEEE!!!!!

Where do people get off thinking they can abuse these CM's. Guy should have spent a few years in jail....

Wow. Only 2 days? This sicko got off almost scot free. Wouldn't it of been great if he got groped and made to feel uncumfortable while he was in jail? Why not? I mean an eye for an eye. If you don't want something to happen to you don't do it to some one else.

I do know at Universal SGs like that are trespassed pretty much on the spot. We have no tolerance for that sort of behavior.
