Mysterious Powder Causes DLR to close Esplanade, Main Entrance and Ticket Booths

At first I thought the mysterious powder was ashes some one dumped. Although that'd be an odd place to want to dump ashes, in plain sight.

But then again, it might as well have been crack, with all the police cars the there. The SG behind me in line to enter the Esplanade swore who ever did it was trying to divert attention away from the oscars.
