This should be filed under stupid management tricks.
Big hugs and chocolates and hopes for some one in management to have sense enough to know the truth about Disney. The magic of Disney is in the hearts of CMs and other workers for Disney. It is sad that the good ones who are overflowing with the qualities that Walt wanted for the parks are overlooked.
I know you should be some places special in parks and hope a smart manager will read this and give you all a chance.

I'm sorry to hear about that :( .
I'm sure there are other openings that you can apply to Casting for, even though WDW isn't hiring much, I'm sure there are still some positions open for internal transfers.

I've been on the transfer list since mid November and with only 9 mos of seniority I don't see myself going anywhere.

I guess the good part would be that you are building up seniority for when things pick up again, and you can transfer!
