The point isn't to put just any horn, but the same horns as used on the monorail.

Those horns sound like they'd come in handy when you get behind some idiot who's stopped at a green light, or somebody's crossing the street and they take their time doing it. I don't mean people with handicaps, I mean these kids who think they have all the time in the world to get across. One toot and people will stay away from your car when they see you coming--unless a cop makes you change back to the factory issued horn.
