Yup, it was the morning of 30 Nov., and it took until about 6pm to get things all neat-N-pretty again.
BTW, my sincere thanks to Mayonnaise for that photo.

I was looking at the Harold Lloyd site (silent movie actor, one of the few to make the successful transition to sound), and he literally had millions of Christmas tree ornaments; every year he would buy several new ornaments. One day he was shopping at Macy's, and he was going over the ornaments on the Christmas trees on display. Finally he just bought all the trees, had them shipped to his home and set up. His house is huge, though parts of his property have been sold off. Anyway, when Christmas was over, he realized it would take forever to get all the ornaments and other stuff taken down and put away, so he had the trees fireproofed and it was Christmas year-round at the Lloyd estate. The site is very interesting; Google his name and it should come up. The guy overcame a horrible accident early in his career and managed to become successful despite missing most of his right hand, wearing a prothesis.

When I was a manager for Del Taco, we had a dying plant outside. I told one of my crew member's to pour old coffee on the plant. Want to hear something odd? The plant came back to life after 2 days. My parents told me that if you also take old coffee grounds, it will make things grow again.

So what you're saying is, instead of renting a big crane, we could have just piped in several thousand otherwise worthless gallons of Nescafé and gotten the same result?
What an opportunity missed!

Zazu,
I wish I could had met you while I was on vacation at WDW last September.
It sounds like you have a fun job. At Disneyland there is a tree near the popcorn cart near the Mark Twain Riverboat. It reminds me of the Christmas tree that the peanut's characters had at Christmas.
Shorty82 and Big Wallaby and some others I met at the Magic Kingdom are now my friends. I still want to meet the bubble ladies. :)

With Nescafe, you would need to call the Hazmat Squad. That stuff is not fit for man, nor beast, nor fake xmas tree.

They sell that icky coffee at the parks. I have seen SG approach the frozen lemonade carts for ice coffee. Gross! Add that lemonade to that coffee and it will become toxic to drink.

From what I've read (I don't drink coffee at all) Nescafe is toxic already, forget adding lemonade to it.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.
We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

There was some instant crap that was pulled from the super market shelves. I think it was called sunrise. My dad said that the instant crap tasted really gross and never bought it again.
