She's trying to say that the normal entitlement complaints that tend to go to City Hall will be at the Guest Services Window this Sunday (the Guest Service Window is akin to the Will Call window at WDW)

Either that, or Guest Relations is planning to abandon City Hall and set up shop in the Guest Relations Window for the duration of the party.

the problem is.. they don't get screwed, its the young ones and the parents who tried to do a good thing for their kids that get screwed.. (ya know the parents tried the legit route, gave up, and found tickets on ebay or whatever thinking the premium would be worth it.

The scalpers get their payment, and then its not their fault when the purchasers can't pick up the tickets.

That's EXACTLY what is happening. Once DL hard closes at 5, everything comes to the GSB for us to handle.. Shoot me now.

City hall plaids are coming to take over the building-- have yet to find out what I'll be doing other than listening to SG's..

it can't be any worse than the princess and pirate party at the mk last march where it POURED...the floor in city hall was swamped (and not just with water)...

Why not be really sweet and do tours of your building for the plaids. Offer to do coffee runs and other menial tasks, lol. Where is Patti? She is cleaning up a mess one of the plaids made.
