The turkey legs at Disneyland, the SG claim that they are pork and lamb. I remember seeing fresh smoked turkey legs on the menu boards. Also this SG in front of me asked if the legs were vegiterian. Sure, they are processed tofu.

First off.. i know that i miss spelled it.. i did it for a reason.. first not to offend anyone and yes i know that not all famlies of that nationality are bad just like not all people from the south are stupid.. and people from West Virginia are not inbreed.. and blonds are dumb.

You are right, if it was emu, the leg would be heavy and probably not so much meat. ;)

Have you ever seen an emu? Those puppies are pretty good size! If you've seen how big the upper leg is on an ostrich, there'd be enough meat on that sucker to serve a family!

After reading about the history of soy as food--which only goes back a couple hundred years, BTW--and especially the description of how tofu is made--it absorbs aluminum, among other hazardous substances--I would think that eating tofu would be more hazardous than eating tons of meat.
