These days when I visit Disneyland and DCA, I people watch. Most of the female SG should be not allowed into the parks. I keep on thinking Beach Blvd and Harbor Blvd would be a great place for them.

My parents were more strict. Both of them are now retired teachers. If my parents yelled fashion police at us, we were to change into desent clothes.

Now these days these female SG look like whores. If you don't have a good shirt on, please put on one before you are banned from the parks. We don't want our kids exposed to their bad dressing habits.

I was in a restroom at DCA and overheard a very young child ask a man if he had "poo poo on his pee pee". I could not see them from my position but this is not something a child asks on thier own, they hear or see it somewhere and the adults responce was a vicious "shut the "F" up" so we all know whats going on there. I was so disturbed by this I tried to get out and get a look at the guy and planned on calling security but they were long gone.

I wasn't there so I can't accurately judge, but it IS possible that the child was referring to something innocuous and the father was seriously pissed off at the child's indescretion (long, frustrating day included). No excuse for swearing like that but I know that when I go to a public washroom I tell my kids never to touch anything because there's fecal matter all over the place, especially the toilet. It's possible the father was sitting on the toilet, touched the rim with his penis, probably cursed himself and started whiping and the kid assumed that his father was upset because he had "poo poo on his pee pee". That's the one of the rational explanations I can think of. I think that if a child was being sodomized, it would not be in a public washroom and the child would have a very different reaction (read: screaming his head off). I'm pretty sure that whatever happened in there (maybe the kid saw a freckle on the guy's dick and made the comment) it wasn't something to get him arrested over.

The other day, I was working the Express load at MK, when I see this mother and daughter walk up, the daughter maybe 14 or so, wearing a tank top that you could pretty much see through. Now, I thoroughly enjoy the female form and all, but not on a 14-year-old. Put a real shirt on, or at least something under the one you're wearing. I don't need an anterior exterior anatomy lesson.

I'm sorry to say I didn't work up enough nuts to go say something, but part of that was out of a fear of the mother getting my name and hometown and accusing me of (insert your choice of lewd act toward her daughter here).

At the same time, I do wish I had said something, because I can imagine all the pedophiles that do come to places like Disney World just to get near children and teens. The idea that anyone would be so clueless about that in this day and age shocks and saddens me.

As a mother (of a 2yr old) and having been a teen girl myself... I cannot accept that these mothers are unaware of what is going on. As you said her mother was with her.

There is a young girl and her mother who visit our local Coffee Bean. We have been regulars for 10 years so you start to see alot of the same people over and over.

Anyway, the girl must have been 13 or 14 when when they first started going. She dressed like she was 21 and going to a club. She was there with her mother at 7am. Short skirts. White tank tops with no bra. Big sunglasses. Lots of lip gloss. They were always seen chatting up men. The mother seemed to encourage it. I always thought of her as her daughter's pimp.

I have a cousin whose mother used to dress her up, do her makeup and take her to the mall to meet boys. At 12. This woman was obsessed with how beautiful her daughter was. At 12 my cousin was 5'7" long legs, blonde hair. She was convinced her daughter would be the next Cindy Crawford.

She became a teen mother. The father of her first kid was in his 20's and landed in prison for something else (otherwise I'm pretty sure my uncle would have killed him).

I think some of these mothers are living vicariously through their girls.

I've always told my daughter "Don't advertise what's not for sale", but then I don't let her OWN clothes that are inappropriate. If she can't wear them to school, then she doesn't have them. She's a good kid and doesn't like short shorts anyway. But it was really hard to find girl shorts in her size that wouldn't violate dress code, so she started getting shorts in the boys department. Funny thing was, they were all REALLY long, like almost past her knees. Fashion is so messed up.
