24 hours til take off and mom is jittery a bit so button pushing.
finally dumping clothes into the suitcase. t-shirts except a nice top for the convention. I am short of fund big time as she had me buy another $150 in groceries. I now have about 900 for the rest of the month and have to leave $100 for people to buy food. I need $500 for getting to the airport, car rental, and rooms. I would borrow but know no rich people.

I have to go to the bank, copy stuff off of the internet, find an internet cafe, pack, clean kitchen, load of laundry, find a clean blankie, get dressed, sleep, and stop crying and rocking and crying. I am overwhelmed. So much to do and so much I want to do but just cannot see how to get enough money for wednesday and thursday.

Thos SGs planned a convention on labor day and with two hurricanes planned. Fay is in Missippi and Gustave is in Cuba but could go for Texas. I need a back up plan for the hurricane. I have a friend in Galveston but never see her and if a hurricane was headed toward Texas she would be no help. I just would like the reassurance that there was someone in Texas I could call in an emergency like airport bombings and hurricanes. Sweltering hot and possible rain and thunderstorms.

I am not ready, so tired and mom is not helping. I will try to find a cafe to check in and find a cheap camera to take pictures. Will miss my online friends.

Hugs
Laurie

Anyone want to give me a free ride to the airport tomorrow at 3 am.
Doubt it.

All old posts for the past week are gone so I am going to read the past week worth of posts.

I heard a lot of NO, sigh.

CHURCHY! I Missed you!

*HUG*

Every once in a while a bunch of male guests will come to Plaza Inn, and be wearing an In-N-Out Shirt. Sometimes I'll comment on the shirt and tell the gents "I like your shirt, can I have a double double animal style?"( Or a Neapolitan shake) Then whomever I've said this to will laugh.

Churchy! How was your trip? I was wondering how things were going. I commented to my wife that I wished she had more vacation time, as there was a SGTer down in San Antonio and we should try and get her out to have some fun.

Let us know how it went!
