That's renting, and rent going down for the area... We've been looking for a place like this for six months and anything remotely similar to this six months ago was easily $1600+. My dad is even thinking about buying property here and then renting it to us, as an investment.

Ok need some info on the area . Looking for a 3 bedroom place not to much money and doesnt have to be next door to dw. Need to have a decent school nearby if possible. Any help will be apperciated. Thanks Tim
