Stupid Guest Tricks

I had to do that, back in 2005. It was because I almost passed out (or was it because it wasa Grad Nite? I can't really remember).

DW used the service of the first aid when she was feeling a bit under the weather at WDW last trip, got some water and a few minutes rest, plus some allergy meds as a precaution, and she was feeling much better! Save a trip back to the hotel!

Last October, I saw a young gentleman lying asleep on a nice upholstered bench inside the American Adventure at Epcot. It was mid-afternoon, and the Voices of Liberty were not performing, and the room was quiet and air-conditioned, so it seemed he had a pretty good spot! No one (CMs or otherwise) bothered him at all.

That has to be more comfortable than where this guy is sleeping. I took this pic on our trip to DL at Christmas. This was in DCA on *Highway 49* near the Redwood Challenge trail. Poor baby tired...heeheehee

I've had a few guests complain about others sleeping on benches. I quietly explained that if they wanted to spend $75/day to sleep on a bench in a theme park, then they probably *really* needed the vacation *and* the nap, and that I wasn't going to deny them that pleasure.

SGs generally marched off in a huff promising retribution at City Hall.

Had one though that asked what I'd do if *they* woke up the sleeping guest and told them to sit up.

"Then I'd have security escort you out of the Park for harassing other guests."

I guess she believed me, as she let them sleep.

Yeah, strollers aren't for kids, they're for MORE STUFF! They are just small shopping carts! More room means more stuff. Wheels mean it it is easier to move from one place to another. Now, Get out that credit card, Mister!!! :twisted:

Back in the 70's, at DL, two teenage brothers thought they would hide out on Tom Sawyer's Island after closing and spend the night. About 10:00 they got scared and decided to swim back. The younger brother made it to the river wall, the other one hit his head on a rock and drowned.
