Nope. There's a local artist that donated them for a Rotary Club silent auction. They has a Buy Now price so I did.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:Is that where you got the frogs?

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

Well, there's a saying, 'Caid, where an hour is a long drive and a short court.'Purpura wrote: People out here in California don't seem to travel too far out of their areas.

I would think that the California people would be a bit more "mobile" as freeway travel is a little more easy?
perhaps not!

Re: Sca Brain
Actually it is easier to deal locally. For me it is about 10 minutes to a freeway then a half hour (at midnight on Sunday) to 2 hours to get downtown. We have a lot of freeways but it takes a long time to get from point A to point B. It takes me an hour to get to Pomona for example. Why travel there when I got dozens of shops within 5 miles of me. I got two Starbuck a mile or less from each other.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:I would think that the California people would be a bit more "mobile" as freeway travel is a little more easy?
