Ok that is almost the stupidest thing that I have seen for sale on ebay. You can get customized very nicely done maps for FREE from Disney. They will send them to you in a really nice envelope and they are on much thicker paper than the regular park maps. So this guy and the guy selling Jello for $2.00 a box are just plain stupid and should be shot to avoid them poluting the gene pool.

True, but the ones who REALLY need to be weeded from the gene pool are the ones who bid big bucks for these items. I avoid ebay but I love the Leno routine that he does from time to time called "found on Ebay" where he shows some of the dumb things his staff found for bid, and the result of if it sold and for how much. I am constantly shocked about some of the stupid things that get sold big. I remember one where someone sold a "penny with the image of Lincoln upside down" (the phot was taken with the penny rotated so the image was upside down). Of course it was a scam but someone bought it for $50. Definate weeds in the garden of life. Both the seller and the buyer.

Now, e-Bay is good for some things...

That's a link, by the way. It shows up in black text for me, not sure what it does for you. But it's not just underlined.

I like to go over and just watch some of the auctions when they get close to ending on a popular item that I don't particularly want, or some of the really expensive collectibles that I don't buy, we are talking an item for 10 G or something. It is fun to watch these people bid big bucks for this stuff. Entertaining. Now if someone tries to outbid me on *MY* pin...Grrrrrr.... Watch Out! LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!! Not really. I choose a few and get them. I am not really competitive about bidding, I choose what I am willing to pay and then bid pretty late in the game and if I get it, I get it. If someone outbids me in the last seconds, then they are willing to pay more for the item than I am, and it's cool. You always have to remember you need to bid what you are willing to pay. Someone is bound to come along with a higher bid if you play it really careful and don't put the highest amount you would pay. I have won auctions because of others trying at the last seconds to up their max bid and it does not work. They don't put their max amt before the last seconds run out and they lose. I like eBay to an extent, I find great Disney collectibles there and that is what I look for. I don't buy much else, except scrapbooking stuff and I now have my Viewmaster collection done, so I don't look at other things. I could spend way too much money on eBay if I started looking around the categories. I stick with my Disney stuff, which is expensive enough for the real collectible items.

Amazing. They have actually sold a couple. I have maps for all 4 parks, I should see if the buyers want to purchase the other 3.

Alot of their Disney stuff?? We saw at the Dollar Tree the other day. The Christmas cards, the paddle balls, etc. They shop at Dollar Tree and sell it on Ebay. I actually bought the kids the Winnie the Pooh stamper set...because I wanted Tigger stamped all over my desk and new coffee table!!!! :D:

They had these little villians figures....I have Malificent on my desk. They also had Villians coloring books, which we bought, of course.

Alot of people think just because it is on Ebay, it MUST be cheaper than the store.
