I won't be able to check on availability at the Big Toaster until 11 November. Leaving tomorrow aboard the Disney Magic for either the Western Caribbean or wherever the hurricanes aren't. I'll check when I can and get back to you.

Ah, not a problem. If the toaster doesn't work out, we have other resorts to choose from... at least, last I checked, Disney has a couple other resort hotels. But the Contemporary would be very cool.

Uh, if anyone wins the lotto (jackpot, not a couple bucks), I expect to receive a PM from them that they will pay for the entire shindig :D: . I mean, really... at that point, I'm really not asking for much, and I'll never be asking again. And if I win the lotto, everyone's coming to Disney World for the 20-- SGT Meet and Greet.

I am so there. Ditto if I win the lotto, of course my wife will probably make me drag extended family, but they can go off on their own and we can read/listen to the stories later :D:

First post from me...ever.

I'm Richard, Elena's husband. I promise to keep all posts in this thread a secret from the ladies (there...I've said it, so no worries. I was a Boy Scout for 13 months, so I'm VERY trustworthy).

Noteworthy News...Elena's computer is back on the air...something ate the hard drive...gremlins, no doubt. But the warranty kicked in so we're back on the air (with no saved data, dammitol).

However, she is even more trustworthy than I am, so she won't come here just 'cause she said she wouldn't.

If you need info about her schedule or something else that you don't want to contact her about, reach me at [email protected].

Thanks to everyone for making them feel so special...they light up like fireworks whenever they talk about this thread or any thread here that mentions them (or when they're planning another visit to their home away from home). You all bring great joy to their lives.

Oh Wow, hello Mr. BubbleLady! Nice to meetcha. I can't make it to the Bubble Lady Festival early next spring, but I am a big fan of bubbles so I know Elena and her sister are good people.
I'm surprised the Marsupial Welcoming Committee hasn't stopped by to say hello yet. I think they are busy with other issues, but I'm sure they'll wander into this thread eventually and greet you with welcoming paws and pouches.

As the CTO, I'll welcome Mr. Bubble Ladie (man?) to SGT until our fine furred friends can come over and do it themselves.

 :choir:

Sorry, that's all I've got...

Make that Mr. Bubble Laddie (as in the scottish slang for young man). Keeps the spirit and covers the gender. And around here, "young" is subjective. The calendar lies. And if we think young (a common thing around here) we qualify for the young label. :D: Works for me.

Welcome

Randy
