This thread started with ICS wanting to know how to deal with her menopausal friend and look where it is :D: ...I am so PROUD "sniff" to be associated with all of you! "sniff" Actually, ICS, I myself, am a "woman of a certain age" and am experienceing the delights of womenopause as we speak! Just ask hubby :twisted: It is the most horrible mood altering, bodytweaking, mind farting, experience I have ever been through. :twitch: If anyone, and I mean ANYONE ever pulled dirty tricks on me, I might laugh hysterically for a second and then take out the double barrelled the next! It actually is SO unpredictable what your mood or state of mind and body is going to be changing second to second, I shit you not! Ask my hubby! He is so (cover your ears, Wallaby) s-e-n-s-i-t-i-v-e :hysteria: :hysteria: that he just puts up with my stupid shit. :love2: I usually go up to the guest room and lock myself in so I won't do anything that might make me end in prison!

Actually, she probably will get a kick out of your "little jokes", but do NOT be offended if she also then turns on ya and hates you for them later, like a minute later! It is a long process for some, shorter and easier for others and damn, I had to get the hot flashes, sweats, and NOT just night sweats, mood swings like you would NEVER believe in your lifetime and all the other wonderful disgusting physical changes a women must experience if she is to mature to an old hag, er, I mean wise goddess! :D: I would love to see a man have to experience menopause HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

This shows an obvious link -- of course they're connected. Sorry to play lawyer here, but the chart does not indicate causation. That is, which causes the other? Did global warming cause a reduction in the number of pirates, OR did the reduction in pirates (by other means) cause the earth to heat up?

If the latter, wouldn't we be risking another ice age by bringing pirates back? Think, people. :D:
